Rental Agreement

Pickup/Drop-off Location:

Picking up & dropping off, please return All items to:

Deposit:

A deposit is required to secure your rental:

1. If reserved online, your credit card will be kept on file through our reservation software, PeekPro.

2. If reserved in person, a (minimum) $300 + cash deposit per item(s).

Extension of Rental:

If you need to extend the rental period, please text 217-450-7977.

Late Return Policy:

If the rental equipment/games are not returned by the agreed-upon day/time or if an extension has not been requested via text, your credit card will be charged $5/hour per item for late returns, or the replacement value of each item(s).

Return time is crucial to ensure availability for other customers and smooth operations. Thank you for your understanding.

Condition of Equipment:

Rental equipment/games must be returned in the same condition as received. All products must be CLEAN and properly stored in their provided storage containers (cases, bags, etc.).

Acceptance of Terms:

By placing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. You authorize us to charge your credit card accordingly as per the conditions stated above.
